EMF Emirates brought three international chocolatiers to the United Arab Emirates to help introduce some of the company’s latest ingredients to the region at its Rendez Vous Gastronomique Dubai event.

The chocolate industry is growing each year, especially in the Middle East, introducing the newest ingredients and innovations being developed every season. EMF Emirates wanted to show their support through the growth of this industry and held the second Rendez Vous Gastronomique event. It brought chefs from every corner of the globe to share and distribute their knowledge of the latest chocolate ingredients and techniques.
