Time to shape up with the NEW American Chocolate Fountain®.
[More:]
This is the first in a series of posts that will show you how to make different chocolate fountain configurations. Using our revolutionary tier system, you can create new fountain shapes and styles limited only by your imagination and the laws of physics.
We'll begin with one of my favorites. Here's what you'll need:
- 1 - 40" American Chocolate Fountain
- 1 - 8" tier
- 1 - 10" tier
- 2 - 12" tier*
- o-rings
- Quiet Crown™ topper
Once you have the base of your fountain set up with the cylinder and auger attached, you can start positioning your tiers from the bottom up.
- Place an o-ring and 12" tier about 3/4 of the way down the cylinder.
- Then position the second o-ring and other 12" tier about 6 inches higher.
- Place the third o-ring and 8" tier about 4 inches higher than the previous tier.
- Put the last o-ring and 10" tier about 2" from the top of the cylinder.
- The Quiet Crown™ goes on last.
So what happens if the chocolate does not sheet correctly once your tiers are in place? Well, it could be that one of the tiers is not exactly level. This is very easy to fix.
Using a bamboo skewer, gently press down on the tier where the chocolate is starting to gap. Repeat until the chocolate is sheeting correctly.
*40" American Chocolate Fountains® come with one of each of the following tiers, 6", 8", 10" and 12". To request pricing from a Buffet Enhancements authorized distributor, visit our new website today!
