Candy buffets are showing up at wedding receptions across the country. Brides and grooms are wowing their guests with displays that rival local candy stores.

Wedding planners suggest overbuying in the candy department. The idea of less is more does not apply here. You should buy based on asthetics, how the candy will look when displayed, and not on the amount that is estimated to be eaten.

One things for sure - if you're going to have a Candy Buffet, make sure you have a chocolate fountain as the centerpiece.
