We are proud to inform you that Temple Bar Cultural Trust is holding the first ever Chocolate Festival July 25 – 27 in Dublin, Ireland this year.
Temple Bar Cultural Trust is a private company that works to support culture in their community.
At Temple Bar’s Chocolate Festival there will be free events to everyone who values the different types of chocolate. Sample, taste, and explore chocolate through other medias such as film, literature and visual arts.
Enjoy it with family, friends, or distant neighbors you may only see when you pull out of the drive way. Either way end your day with a piece of chocolate.
- Sensory Analysis Workshop – Come and taste chocolate as they use science to reveal the importance between human senses and the attributes of chocolate that could take you to a chocolate nirvana.
- The Cocoa Chat – Anything that involves the cocoa been will be discussed in an innovative and cultural way.
- Chocolate & Cinema – Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005), a showing of a classic movie with a new twist.
- Chocolate Market – Taste the sweet chocolates and cocoa from traders such as Chez Emily’s Fine Chocolates, Sabores des Mexico, Crepes in the City, Ariosa Coffee, Sheridans Cheese and Chocolates and Nóiríns Bakehouse.
- Music and Dance – CACHIMBO plays their Spanish, Caribbean and African influenced music at the festival.
