With the holidays in full effect, I have found two recipes for chocolate eggnog that shouldn't be passed up. One from scratch and the other an instant mix.

Note: For a great variation of utilizing the chocolate, you could use the Chocolate Shot Machine for a nice creamy smooth texture.
Chocolate Eggnog from scratch
Ingredients:
1/3 cup grated semisweet chocolate
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup light Rum or Brandy
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
4 Egg Whites
4 Egg Yolks
Directions:
Beat together egg yolks, sugar, cocoa and vanilla until thick and smooth. Slowly add in milk and rum, stirring constantly. Cover refrigerate until just before serving, at least 2 hours. Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture, then gently fold in egg whites. Serve garnished with grated chocolate.
